Our Mission
The effort to improve the conditions of
animals is not a task for the few. It is the responsibility of all - acting
alone or in groups. For disease and thirst, neglect and hunger, abuse and
mistreatment are the fears of every living creature on this planet. The
well being of all animals is everyone's concern. And medicine, technology,
and education are the keys to improving their lives. But, most of all,
reaching out in any loving humane way can make a difference .
AAPA seeks to
1) Educate people about the severe pet
overpopulation problem by either sponsoring and/or encouraging the spaying
and neutering of pets
2) Inform people about humane food and
product choices
3) Prevent any and all forms of physical,
emotional and mental abuse of animals within our purview
4) Assist animals and pet guardians in humane
decisions regarding their pets' welfare
